Updated as of January 20, 2010
For general questions regarding H1N1 please check the CDC website at www.cdc.gov
AVAILABILITY
We no longer have the H1N1 vaccine for children 3 years of age and under. We have a limited supply of H1N1 vaccine for children over 3 years of age. We are now administering the H1N1 vaccine to any child over 3 while supplies last.
*We are also now offering the 2nd H1N1 for children between the ages of 3 and 9 as long as the supplies last. There needs to be a minimum of 4 weeks between doses.
Please note that this vaccine does have trace amounts of thimerosol, a preservative used in manufacturing some vaccines. Our pediatricians approve this vaccine and encourage our patients to receive it.
