Managing Partner
Dr. Guardino assumed the role of Managing Partner in May 2007 and has been a Partner and Cardiologist at the Clinic since 2000. He has been on the Physician Managing Committee since 2003 and the Executive Committee since its inception in 2006.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Harris has a broad range of experience in managing multiple physician practice sites in conjunction with large health care systems throughout California and in privately held corporate environments.
In addition to his experience in physician management, Mr. Harris has extensive experience and expertise in healthcare business planning and development and in senior level hospital operations and strategic planning. He has held senior leadership positions with corporate healthcare development companies and large hospital systems throughout the US. Mr. Harris has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration.
